Vintage Art Deco 1940s 10k GF Rectangular Ollendorff watch, American market. 
 
Dial: 
The dial is in excellent condition. It is appears to be a re-dialed watch.
 
Hands:
The hands are un-bent and un-corroded. 
 
Glass:
The glass is original and in strong condition with no noticeable scratches.
 
Crown:
The crown is original. It fits flush to the case and winds and sets well.
 
Case: 
The case is in strong condition with only light surface scratches that are consistent with age. 
 
Case back:
Strong condition but the inside of the caseback has some markings from a biro pen...
 
Strap:
The watches strap is new and good quality leather.
 
Movement:
IXO import code relates to Ollendorff's importation of the switch into the US from Switzerland.
 
The movement is a manual wind Swiss made movement. It keeps time to approximately +110 seconds a day. The amplitude is strong at 243 degrees and the beat error is 2.2ms. The trace is clear. Please see the last image for timegrapher results.
