It has the luminous plots to the quarters which have the aged tone. There are double plots at 12 o’clock to differentiate it. Below 12 o’clock it is signed with the ‘Vesta’ logo which has a stylish tail to the V sat above the smaller E. Above 6 o’clock it is signed ‘17 jewels’ with the ‘U.M.’ mark. It has the darkened luminous burns to the dial at 3 o’clock where the hands were in one position, with the watch stored for many years.

The hands are of a syringe style which is thermally blued. The tone is bright and catches the eye. To the centre is the aged luminous which has developed a darker tone. The central second hand is a pleasing design with the subtle lozenge shape, expanding in the centre.

It is an unusual design of watch with the large, flat bezel which becomes a central feature, having the Arabic numerals engraved into it. These are well formed with the back in-fill which helps them stand out. It has the bevelled edge which meets the side of the case neatly. The lugs are an eye catching design with the twisted shape and tapering. The lugs downturn to meet the wrist, which is particularly noticeable from the side. The case has a lovely, neat profile on the wrist.

The case back is snap on and is formed of stainless steel. It has the dished design with the polished exterior. To the centre is the brushed finish. Inside the case is signed with the ‘Stainex’ manufacturing mark.
