1950s Pierce triple date pointing moonphase watch, cal 103 movement, serviced.
Recently serviced Pierce Calibre 103 movement, It is keeping time to within +10 seconds a day.
This is a beautiful, evenly aged example which has the perfect Wabi-Sabi patina. All functions working perfectly.
Date pointer, month, day and moonphase all operated via pushers, 4 in total, 2 either side of the case.

Dial:
The dial shows it's age but it is quite a pleasant patina for a vintage watch. It makes a nice change as many of these have been refinished.
Hands:
The hands are original and have some signs of corrosion fitting with the age.
Glass:
The crystal is new and in perfect condition.
Crown:
Appears original, in good condition.
Case:
The case is Gold plated. Its in average to good condition with some minor wear to the plating and a good shine.
Caseback:
Stainless Steel in good condition. One slight mark on the top where opening was attempted in the past.
Strap:
A new 16mm genuine leather strap.
Movement:
A recently serviced movement. Keeping time to +10 seconds a day with an amplitude of 280 and a beat error of 1 m/s.
