The watch has an imposing and sharp Stainless case which measures 39mm x 39mm, with a lug-to-lug length of 47mm. The top of the case has a polished finish. The centre section is sharp and the lugs taper to fit the wrist. The Black Bakelite bezel insert is original and is beautifully designed with stylish gold markers, with lumed triangle 15, 30 and 45. The bezel itself is very good with sharp coin edge finish and no knocks or marks.

To the right is the chunky Stainless crown and original pushers which are well proportioned. The screwback case has engraved Accurist logo and the signing: Chronograph, Swiss made, waterproof, antimagnetic, Stainless Steel. The case is original and unpolished. It wears its age well, with only light surface scratching to the case and case back.

The dial is a matte black finish which has some spotted light patination to the matte finish. The sub-dials are dished to the centre, reminiscent of many chronographs in this era. There is a Base 1000 Tachymetre scale around the exterior, with inner second track and applied mirror polished hour markers with original lume in-fill. The hands are all original, with original lume to the hour and minute hand. There are some scratches to the original crystal.

The watch is presented on a period and possibly original Stainless-Steel beads of rice bracelet, which will fit up to an 8” wrist diameter.

The movement is a Landeron 15 signed 17 jewels, Swiss made. It has a rose gold tone finish. It is a manual wind chronograph with constant seconds, 60 second counter and 30-minute counter.

The service history is unknown and although the movement is running well, a service is recommended in the future. It has a daily variation of -15 seconds a day. The chronograph functions correctly and all resets to zero.

Overall this is a large, well designed and pleasing diver chronograph from the early 1960s, which is in good condition, with original Bakelite bezel.
