A 1960s Regency watch with world time bezel GMT 2054 U Tropicalized.
Signed Regency - 17 jewels at 12 o clock and shock protected at 6 o clock. At the bottom of the dial at 6 o clock it is marked Swiss made. The black dial is unmarked and there is no damage to the lacquer or anyone change in the dark black tone. The writing is clear with no wear.
The date window chapter square is undamaged and the date window itself functions well and is clear with no wear to the numbers.
The non numeric hour markers have been re-lumed and this is not perfectly straight on every marker (Please zoom in on close ups of the dial to satisfy yourself).
The inner chapter ring is unblemished and marks the time difference in relation to the bezel.
The hands are un-bent and un-corroded. They have been re-lumed to a good standard.
The glass is in reasonably poor condition with 3 larger and deeper scratches, roughly 8mm in length.
The bezel is in very good condition, with no marks, and moves freely.
The crown is original and fits flush to the stainless steel case and winds and sets well.
The case is in strong condition with only light surface scratches.
Has worn slightly due to wear against the wrist but all of the writing is clear. Only light surface scratches.
The movement is manual wind and functions extremely well on the timegrapher, gaining +10 seconds per day with 0.02ms beat error and a frequency of 280 degrees.
