1950s Zenith dress watch cal. 133.8 movement bumper auto, all original!
 
A charming dress watch by Zenith from the 1950's. Stainless Steel case.
 
Dial: The dial is a light cream colouration with Zenith and the traditional star logo signed at 12. Automatic is signed at 6. The text has no wear. Arabic 12, 3, 6, 9, with gold colour baton markers on the remaining hours. Gold circular minute markers, none with wear. A dial in very good condition for it's age.
 
Hands: Original hands Hour and minute hand silver in colour with lume infill. The hour hand shows signs of rusting with age. The second hand in gold colour. All hands match the margins of the watch. 
 
Glass: Original crystal in moderate condition with surface scratching and some deeper scratches.
 
Crown: Original Zenith crown, clean condition with little wear.
 
Case: Case is good condition with no signs of corrosion. It has been throughly cleaned. 
 
Case back: Case back free of any deep marks, light surface scratching.
 
Condition and movement:
The movement was removed from the watch to give the case an ultrasonic clean, which means the case is sparkling. No work was required on the movement as it prefers incredibly well on a Timegrapher. The movement keeps time to within +10 seconds a day. The watch is in all original condition, even down to the O ring used to seal the case back.
