For sale we have a charming 1950s Leinac 20 micron gold plated ring watch. It has a flip up mother of pearly front cover. Inside is a recently serviced 17 jewel, hand wound movement, which has Incabloc shock protection.
 
It is a size ‘O’. It measures 27.75mm high in total, rising 11mm high above the finger. At the widest point, it measures 22.25mm wide. The top section measures 18.75mm wide.
 
A beautiful and well-proportioned ring, for either a gent or a woman. The square top has a hinged lid with inset mother of pearl, which lifts to show the time. Inside the dial is a cream tone, with applied rose gold tone arrow hour markers, with balanced Arabic 12, 3 6 & 9. It is signed Leinac, 17 Rubis, Incabloc. It has neat Lance Alpha style hands, with are in a lovely rose gold tone. Moving away from the square upper section, on the ring section we see a cut out side, with a beautiful exaggerated shell design, as the two sections move inwards to run parallel.

Dial: 
The dial is original and is in very good overall condition. The off-white tone is good. It has lovely applied hour markers in a rose gold tone.
 
Hands: 
The hands are of Lance Alpha style. They are a rose gold tone and are in good condition with no marking.
 
Glass: 
The acrylic crystal is original and is in good condition with no marking.
 
Crown: 
The crown is original and is in good condition, functioning as it should. It has light marking associated with age.
 
Case:
The case is gold plated and is in good condition. The polished finish is good and the tone is even. There is light surface scratching and some slight dints. There is no obvious wear to the gold plating.
 
Ring section:
It is good and well-shaped with light marking and no obvious wear to the gold plate, inside or out.
 
Movement: 
The movement is a 17 jewel manual wind calibre, with incabloc shock protection. 
 
The watch has been recently serviced. It is keeping time to within +20 seconds deviation a day, with an amplitude of 300 degrees and a beat error of 0.1m/s.
