1950s 9k Gold Tudor Dress watch, Cushion case, NOS dial, Tudor cal. 59 serviced.
 
A beautiful 9ct gold, cushion case Tudor dress watch, with Tudor Rose signed dial.
 
Overall this is a good example for someone to enjoy, having been serviced and with a
NOS dial. It has a clean case with no large scratches or dents.

Dial:
The NOS dial is in excellent condition, one slight dirt blemish in-between 12 o'clock and the Tudor signing.
 
 
Hands:
The hands are period correct and fit the tracks well. There are no signs of corrosion of the 
thermally blued colour. In excellent condition.
 
Glass:
The crystal is a recent replacement and is in perfect condition.
 
Crown:
The crown is a replacement but fits flush to the case and suits the watch.
 
Case:
The case is 9ct gold and has a beautiful tone. It is a Dennison case, which are known to be thick 
and of good quality. It is hallmarked for Birmingham assay office 1950-51.
 
There are no dents and only light surface scratches on the case.
 
Caseback:
A very clean case back with a great shine. Some minor light surface scratching.
 
Strap:
A new 18mm genuine leather strap, for fixed lugs.
 
Movement:
A 17 jewel Tudor cal. 59 which has been serviced. Keeping time to +9 seconds a day with an amplitude of 317 and a beat error of 0.7m/s.
