1949 Bulova "Cadet" watch, L1, case no.3405071, Cal. 10BE movement, 15 jewels.
A good example for a Bulova collector. It still has its original crown.

Dial:
The dial is in average, original condition. There is no wear to writing but there are numerous markings, some heavier.
Hands:
Good condition for the age.  
Glass:
Original cut glass in good condition.
Crown:
The crown is original, in good condition, with some surface scratches.
Case:
The case is in excellent condition with only light surface scratches that are consistent with age. No signs of wear through of the Gold Fill.
 
Case back:
Strong condition with multiple light surface scratches. 
 
Strap:
Spiedal part expanding bracelet.
 
Movement:
Keeping time to within -20 seconds a day with an amplitude of 236 degrees. The beat error is 1.2m/s.
