1949 Bulova Aeronaut watch, 10AE movement, Serviced, signed crown, 22mm x 31mm.
The watch is recently serviced and is keeping time to within -16 seconds a day.

This is an attractive model of post war Bulova, in good condition with it's original crown.

Dial:
The dial is in very good, original condition. There is no wear to writing or numerals.
The dial has a lovely, even cream patina.
Hands:
Excellent original hands. Good condition for the age.  
Glass:
Original cut, two faceted crystal in Average-good condition. It has some scratches on the bevel.
Crown:
The crown is original, in good condition, with some surface scratches.
Case:
The case is in average-good condition with only light surface scratches that are consistent with age. 
There are some signs of wear through of the Gold Fill on the edges of lugs and the case corners.
However these do not detract from the beauty of the watch.
Case back:
Strong condition with multiple light surface scratches, stainless steel.
Strap:
A new leather strap.
Movement:
Recently serviced. Keeping time to within -16 seconds a day with an amplitude of 311 degrees. The beat error is 0.6m/s.
