This is a Full Hunter pocket watch from the 1920s with a beautiful engraving on the front cover, and a great condition movement and gold plated case.
An antique “Tenbridge” full hunter pocket watch from Hallett of Warrington.
The watch has a Swiss hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed Hallett, Warrington and it is protected by an inner hinged cover.
The pocket watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated and was made by the watch case maker Aaron Dennison. The case has light surface marks, overall very good for an antique piece.
The lens is in perfect condition.
The white enamel dial is signed “Tenbridge” and it has the name of the original retailer, Hallett who traded from Bridge Street in Warrington. The dial is in good condition with no cracks or hairline fractures, and it has blued steel hands.
