Stainless Steel Roamer watch with Art Deco tear drop lugs, with roman numerals. Condition is Used. Dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class.The watch wears much larger than a 33mm watch as the tear drop lugs make the watch 40mm in length. This creates a unique wrist presence for a watch from the 1940's.The face is Silver/cream in colour with a lovely shine. The hour markers are very interesting. Every even number has a bronze roman numeral. Every odd number has a bronze dot marker. Roamer is signed in black, along with the minutes track.The Stainless Steel case is in very good condition with only light surface scratching. The crown functions well.The case back is marked Stainless Steel Back, 41225 31. The solid case back pops off with a knife.It is powered by a 15 jewel Roamer cal MST 371.
The watch has been serviced. It currently runs approximately +90 seconds fast a day.
Strap: A new genuine leather fixed lug strap is on it.
Case: In great condition.
Hands: Slight tarnishing but this only slightly differs from the bronze colouration.
Face: The face has no wear to numerals or second track or signature. There are some marks which are consistent with general wear.
Case Back: There are no major scratches on the back.
Movement: The movement is in clean condition with the regulator in a neutral position. keeping good time. Freshly serviced
